Also, go to your local shop and talk to the homies there, they will say the same and give you more recommendations too. A good rule of thumb when buying gear, if a local boardshop carries it, it's usually a trusted brand in snowboarding. About This Video

Night riding in Japan is a whole different vibe, and in this POV I’m basically just out there having way too much fun under the lights. The snow looks unreal at night, the runs feel faster, and everything gets this smooth, glowy look that makes even basic turns feel sick. I’m riding regular (15, -15) and just doing what I always do—lap, explore, and send it wherever we end up. It’s not some super serious “how-to” video, it’s more like: come ride with me and feel how fun this actually is. I also get a bunch of questions about my setup, so I keep it simple: I always recommend Burton and Union, and I’m still gonna tell you to go talk to the homies at your local shop because they’ll point you in the right direction. If you’re trying to film your own night laps, I’m using an action cam setup with a wireless mic so you actually hear what’s going on—wind, hype, random chaos, all of it. If you’ve never done night riding, this video is basically your sign. It’s one of the most fun ways to ride a resort, especially in Japan.
