Soundpeats Air5 Pro+

The Air5 Pro+ is the newer model with the XMEMS driver, but it didn’t impress me compared to the original Air5 Pro. The tuning leans too bassy and the treble has too much emphasis, which makes vocals feel less forward. For me, “newer is better” definitely wasn’t true here.

+Modern tuning aimed at a fun sound

Cons

-Too much bass; can sound less clean
-Treble can be annoying/over-emphasized
-Vocals and midrange don’t pop as much as Air5 Pro
