I used the Shure SRH840A as the “big brand” comparison, and it’s clearly the more bass-forward option with more sub-bass and mid-bass. It also sounds darker with more laid-back vocals, so it’s a better fit if you want a more exciting low-end rather than a super neutral monitor vibe.
