Event decks are only shuffled when new cards are added. 8:58 Very small correction here. Disarm stops an enemy from taking any attack actions on their next turn, instead of just stopping their next attack. 9:11 The Tinkerer is actually within range of the elite, but in order to hit the regular enemy he eventually goes for, he does need to move. 17:15 Hazardous terrain deals half of trap damage, rounded down. 20:21 If only wounded, healing will remove the wound and heal as normal. 23:58 You don't actually have to keep your personal quest secret, though I find it more fun to do so when possible.
