During the first attack example I should have removed one of the orange attack dice due to the Mountain's site ability. When attacking, you can roll an amount of attack dice UP TO your warbands. You don't have to roll all of them if you don't want to. During the victory checklist, in order to win with a vision, you need to have completed the vision, not just revealed it.
