In this installment from the View from the Top Series, I play a little groove on a Ludwig Black Beauty Snare, one of my all-time favorite snare drums. The snare drum I am using is a Ludwig 5" x14" Black Beauty The Bass Drum is a 22" x 18" Peavy Radial 1000 The Hi Hats are Sabian 13" HH Regular The ride is a 20" Sabian Jack DeJohnette Signature There are 2 overhead Neumann U87s and a Shure Beta 52 on the Bass Drum
