An Intermediate Big Band Chart- The View from the Top Series

In this installment of the View from the Top Series, we look at a transcription of Nobody's Human, a great tune by Bob Florence that was on the album Soaring that came out in 1983. The drummer on the album is Nick Ceroli. This is an intermediate up-tempo bebop arrangement that contains a few complex layered rhythms, but the overall vibe of the chart is a floating 2 feel with a repeating ostinato figure. The drums play an integral role in this arrangement with lots of fills and an 8-measure solo towards the end of the chart.
