Albright Solo #34 Polyrhythmic Studies - Sight-Reading with Rick - Very Advanced Level

Here is a series of sight-reading videos I will be posting from time to time. The solos are played first with a click track and then without. No repeats are observed. These are from books I use with my students to improve their sight-reading abilities. The material in this episode is taken from Fred Albright's book Polyrhythmic Studies for Snare Drum. This book was published in 1977 and was originally called Rhythmic Analysis. The book is published by Belwin Mills and is still available. I highly recommend purchasing this book as it is full of challenging etudes. You can slow these recordings down in the settings if you need to do that.
