👉 Is the @ANBERNIC RG477M the ultimate 4:3 retro handheld? In this first look, Zu dives into Anbernic’s latest premium metal device just hours after unboxing it - and early returns are promising! With a 4.7” 120Hz LTPS display, high-end CNC aluminum shell, and the power to handle everything from NES and GBA to Dreamcast, GameCube, and even PlayStation 2, the RG477M might just be Zu's new dedicated 4:3 machine. This video covers design, performance, screen quality, emulation strengths, and why the 8GB/128GB version is the better deal. Spoiler: it's not perfect, but it's shockingly close. Join us as Zu and Gary go over d-pad placement, CRT shaders, black frame insertion, AI live translation for Japanese-only RPGs, and honest thermals talk (yes, the fan is loud). If you love handheld emulation, retro gaming in 4:3, or just want to see what might be the best classic gaming device of 2025, don’t miss this first impressions video on the Anbernic RG477M.
