How to add OpenAI API keys to Reflect

If you've ever gotten the error message that says you've run out of AI tokens to use and reflect on our AI tools, you should consider adding your own OpenAI API keys. This allows you to get unlimited use of the AI features. Note that this is different than setting up a chatGPT+ account. You'll need to set up a billing account with OpenAI so they can bill you for your own AI usage. You'll first go into the settings and add a payment method and then generate an API key that you'll paste into reflect. This video walks you through exactly how to do this.
