No matter how much experience you have, how much effort you put in, or how passionate you are about your work, one thing remains true: 👉 Some people will make your day. 👉 Some people will drain your day. Today, our beautiful client was a perfect example of the kind of person who brings positive energy wherever she goes. 💛 She is sweet, appreciative, kind, and simply a pleasure to be around. The type of person who can walk into a room and put a smile on everyone’s face. What’s interesting is that while she was sitting in the salon, there was another client sitting on the opposite side. The difference in energy was unbelievable. One person was grateful, positive, and enjoying the experience. The other seemed unhappy with everything before we had even started. Complaining, criticizing, and carrying negative energy that affected everyone around them. 💡 One of the Biggest Lessons I’ve Learned: One of the main reasons I started doing consultations personally, especially after social media became a big part of our business, was to filter as much negativity as possible out of my life. And yes… that includes clients. - Some people may find that surprising, but having a negative customer can be far more expensive than losing a sale. Money comes and goes. Your peace of mind doesn’t. 🌱 My Advice Regardless of what you do: 🔹 Choose your environment carefully. 🔹 Surround yourself with positive people. 🔹 Spend time with people who are passionate. 🔹 Be around people who take care of themselves. 🔹 Stay close to people who build, create, inspire, and encourage. 🔹 Protect your energy at all costs. It doesn’t matter how successful you are financially.
