We spent the day exploring Weedon Island Preserve in St. Petersburg, Florida, one of the best free nature spots in the Tampa Bay area. This preserve is known for its scenic walking trails, peaceful boardwalks, and the famous mangrove canopy. We walked the trails, visited the on-site nature museum, and took in everything this hidden gem has to offer — all without spending a dollar.
