Sourdough Pumpkin Roll Bites | PERFECT Fall & Thanksgiving Dessert!

If you're looking for a simple yet elegant fall dessert, you've got to try my sourdough pumpkin roll bites! They've got the same pumpkin roll flavor but in bite-sized form. I use pure maple syrup instead of regular sugar throughout the cake and cream cheese frosting! My recipe makes baking a pumpkin roll so much easier. If you feed your starter differently, results may vary due to a different hydration which will cause a different consistency. No matter how you feed your starter just ensure it's a thick consistency when you use it for my recipes even if you're using discard.
