Quick & Easy Honey Sourdough Cornbread (made from scratch!)

This honey sourdough cornbread is the perfect blend of savory, sweet, and comforting! It's my version of my favorite TN BBQ restaurant's cornbread, but mine has sourdough discard! The top is salted and buttered right after baking to make it even more special. I hope you love it as much as we do! If you feed your starter differently, results may vary due to a different hydration which will cause a different consistency. No matter how you feed your starter just ensure it's a thick consistency when you use it for my recipes even if you're using discard.
