Butterfly Bush is one of those shrubs that gets the best of a lot of us. We never can truly anticipate just how huge they can get over the course of a season! So in this video I clearly demonstrate how to prune back an overgrown Butterfly Bush (Buddleia / Buddleja) very drastically in the spring. I then show what the plant looks like four months later so that you can get a great perspective on how effective this pruning method is.
