Australia’s national guidelines for falls prevention have recently been updated and one of the key interventions aimed at preventing falls in residential aged care and in the community is exercise/physical activity. In this episode, Cathie Sherrington, Teresa Liu-Ambrose and Anne-Marie Hill discuss the benefits of exercise as we age and how staying active can help in falls prevention.
