Rik Dawson is a titled Gerontological Physiotherapist, past chair of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) Gerontology Group and the APA representative on the National Aged Care Alliance and the Department of Health’s Aged care Funding reform group 2013-2017. Rik was the owner of Agewell Physiotherapy, a practice that employed physiotherapists and occupational therapists in Aged Care across Australia. He is now enrolled at Sydney University as PhD candidate where he is focusing on telehealth for older people.
