This is the 170th-day update. As I perform water changes, the water naturally becomes clearer, so I add botanical supplements to darken it again. The tank became slightly cloudy after adding dense botanicals, but it will become perfectly clear and dark in a few days. The fish love this environment. Bonnie had killed the first Clyde, but she gets along well with the new Clyde. There’s some courting behavior, but no spawning yet. The environment is perfect for babies, but I guess they are waiting for the right time. 170th Day - Dark Forest Tank, Making It Darker Fish: Apistogramma Cacatuoides Tank Size: 40x25x35h (cm) 35L - 10 GAL Plants: Vallisneria Australis Cryptocoryne Wendtii Brown Java Moss Lemna Minor Salvinia Natans If you want to follow me on Instagram: @peaceofnature.eg Feel free to ask me any questions in the comments, below or email me at: E-Mail: peaceofnature.eg@gmail.com #ecosystem #aquarium #blackwater
