I actually taught these in a class a few weeks before I went on holiday and the ladies had such a lovely time working with the vellum — they were amazed at how effective the finished flowers looked. These are so fun and easy to use and nice and simple to cut out, which makes them perfect for all skill levels. They might look quite intricate and detailed when finished, but they’re actually really straightforward to make — and of course your finished handmade flowers can even be sold in your projects. You can layer them up decoupage style or shape them with a ball tool and foam mat to create your own beautiful 3D formed flowers. Another thing I love about this set is how different the flowers look depending on what you print them onto — try matte paper, shiny paper, watercolour paper, vellum, or even printable acetate for completely different effects.
