The RTX 5070 Ti is still the safer all-rounder if you care about ray tracing, DLSS quality, and especially creator apps. In heavy RT scenarios it can pull away from the 9070 XT, and NVIDIA’s efficiency looks better too. The problem is the value—because if the 9070 XT actually lands $150 cheaper, NVIDIA look wide open on price-to-performance.
