The MSI 500Hz is the cheaper way into these absurd refresh rates, and in actual gameplay it’s going to feel very close to 540Hz for most people. The downside is typical QD-OLED stuff: black levels aren’t as good under heavy ambient light, text clarity is a bit worse, and it doesn’t get as bright. If you want flagship performance but want to save $350, it’s a solid option.
