Oxo Soup, Part 2 - CQA 459

For some reason the stream was interrupted and this is Part Two of Getting Triggered with Underextracted Coffee on the Oxo Rapid Brewer. See The Beginning: https://youtube.com/live/8eCNSzv0zPw "Soup" Recipe The cats at Intelligentsia said re: grind setting - "about where water will drip through coffee on its own at atmospheric pressure, or a little finer." So, much finer than pour over and a little more than AeroPress, but not espresso - but maybe close. Really, no one knows. Place one AeroPress filter in bottom of coffee chamber then add 20grams of ground coffee. Shake to distribute then tamp. Connect coffee chamber to water chamber and you're ready to brew. Add 80ml of hot water and the grind should be fine enough to offer enough resistance to slow the water and keep it from readily flowing through the ground coffee. Connect pump chamber and give one long and slow pump to give the coffee a slow and gentle saturation. Then, pump rapidly and fastly until all the water has been pushed through the coffee.
