It is a Washed SHG (Strictly High Grown - 900 to 1200 meters above sea level) EP (European Prep - less than 8 defects per 300 grams) coffee from the Winter/Spring 2025 harvest, with a cup score of 84.5 points (out of 100). Medium Body, Medium Acidity with tasting notes of dark chocolate, caramel, dried fruit, almond and red apple. The Arabica varietals comprise the coffees that are popular in this region: bourbon and pacas. As a side note, the expected production for the 2024-2025 season was about 560,000 bags (60kg export) Thanks For Watching.
