The Fosi GR40 is my first real tube amp journey, and it gave me a warm, rounded, immersive sound that feels more “musical” than “clinical.” The bass/treble knobs are genuinely useful for dialing in different headphones, but I wouldn’t buy it expecting top-tier technical bite or great synergy with sensitive IEMs.

Pros

-Not ideal for sensitive, low-impedance IEMs (noise/hiss can be an issue)
