President Donald Trump attended the G7 summit Monday, after announcing the previous day the completion of a historic U.S.–Iran peace deal. Oil prices fell to their lowest level since March, and global stocks have risen since the deal with Iran was announced. Trump told reporters at the summit that he will now focus on Ukraine and that he "had a very good conversation yesterday" with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Russian President Vladimir Putin. Former Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt joins Kenneth Bass, LA Mayor Karen Bass's brother, in a lawsuit suing the city for "reckless negligence that led to the destruction of our homes," Pratt wrote in an X post.
