Major stock indexes and bond prices rallied while oil futures tumbled on Monday following a preliminary peace deal between the United States and Iran. Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said he offered to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin at the G7 summit in an effort to end the war, but he said the Kremlin refused to engage.
