In this video I break down the exact funnel that generated over $1M in sales in 45 days with an Instagram account that had less than 15k followers. I show you why follower count is not the bottleneck—monetization is. Back in early 2019 I moved to Dubai to work with my first mentor (we later became business partners), and we locked ourselves in the office to audit everything: offers, numbers, audience feedback, and what was missing. The big gap was obvious: there was no real front-end offer to bring more people into the ecosystem and pre-frame them for high ticket. So we launched a low-ticket front end (Day Trading University style) with a simple structure: sales page → order form with order bumps → one-click upsells/downsells → thank you page + after-purchase email sequence. We ran a pre-launch hype phase and used real scarcity (cart close, bonuses removed), which drove launch #1 to ~$250k. The “secret” wasn’t the page layout though—it was the members area experience: 60+ videos, heavy value, and a storyline that deepened the relationship and removed objections. Then we stacked the backend: a live webinar funnel (opt-in → warmup → webinar → direct checkout) and focused on the three levers that matter on webinars—story, offer (ideally a new opportunity), and scarcity. That second launch did ~$750k. Biggest takeaway: low ticket is the preparation; high ticket is where the real revenue lives, and most audiences are massively under-monetized.
