If this is your first view—hi, I’m Nick! TLDR: I spent six years building automated businesses with Make.com (most notably 1SecondCopy, a content company that hit 7 figures). Today a lot of people talk about automation, but I’ve noticed that very few have practical, real world success making money with it. So this channel is me chiming in and showing you what *real* systems that make *real* revenue look like. Hopefully I can help you improve your business, and in doing so, the rest of your life 🙏 Like, subscribe, and leave me a comment if you have a specific request! Thanks. About This Video

In this masterclass I break down ten Claude Code “hacks” I pulled from Boris Churnney (the guy who literally created Claude Code) and translate his borderline-biblical X threads into stuff you can actually use inside your IDE. The big theme is simple: stop coding like it’s 2019. Parallelize everything, plan before you build, and make your agent smarter over time instead of re-explaining yourself every single project. First, I show Git worktrees: multiple Claude Code instances on separate branches/folders so you can build features in parallel (I demo spinning up about/contact/services pages at the same time, then merging them back into main). Then we hit plan mode—because one good plan saves hours of implementation and revision—plus the real power move: iterate your claude.md (your “system prompt”) so mistakes don’t repeat. From there I cover skills (and committing them to a shared repo), better prompts (“scrap this and implement the elegant solution”), Ghostty for running a ridiculous number of panes without melting your machine, and sub-agents (yes, I used to hate them) for clean, objective code reviews. Finally, I show output styles like Explanatory/Learning and how to generate quick ASCII diagrams so you actually understand what Claude just did. Net-net: you move 3–5x faster, your repos stay cleaner, and you ship real systems that make real money.
