In this video, I show you how to build a smart chatbot without any coding skills. এখনকার digital world এ chatbot business-এর customer support, engagement, আর automation একদম change করে দিচ্ছে—24/7 instant reply দিতে পারে, website navigate করতে help করে, order নিতে পারে, এমনকি appointment schedule করতেও পারে। আমি explain করেছি chatbot আসলে কী: এটা এমন একটা computer program যেটা text বা voice দিয়ে human conversation simulate করে। আর smart chatbot হলে AI এবং machine learning ব্যবহার করে user intent বুঝে আরও accurate response দেয়। তারপর আমি no-code platform দিয়ে step-by-step process ভেঙে দেখাই—যেমন Chatfuel (Facebook Messenger-এর জন্য), ManyChat (marketing automation), Tidio (website live chat + AI bot), Landbot (web + WhatsApp visual builder), আর চাইলে Dialogflow template-based NLP platform হিসেবেও idea নিতে পারেন। Workflowটা simple: platform choose করুন, account খুলুন, template নিন বা scratch থেকে শুরু করুন, drag-and-drop দিয়ে chat flow বানান (text, buttons, yes/no, input fields, images, links), optional AI/NLU দিয়ে train করুন, preview দিয়ে test করুন, তারপর website/WordPress/Shopify/Facebook-এ integrate করে launch করুন। শেষে আমি benefits বলেছি—no programming, কম cost, scalable, এবং analytics দিয়ে performance monitor করা যায়।
