It’s creamy, balanced, and the perfect amount cookie butter sweetness. 🧡 Recipe: - 1.25 oz vanilla vodka - 0.75 oz coffee liqueur (not a full ounce — this keeps coffee from taking over) - 0.5 oz Licor 43 - 0.5 oz Baileys - 1 oz Biscoff simple syrup - Egg white or aquafaba (optional but highly recommended)* *Aquafaba is the starchy and viscous liquid found in a can of chickpeas. It can used in place off egg whites, and still gives a cocktail that creamy and foamy texture. Instructions: 1. Take your martini or coupe glass and rim the edge with Biscoff cookie butter. Crush up a couple of Biscoff cookies and coat the rim. 2. Add the vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur, liquor 43, Bailey’s, Biscoff simple syrup, and your egg white or aquafaba. Do a dry shake (shake all of the ingredients in the shaker without ice). 3. Then add ice and shake all the ingredients again. 4. Double strain into your martini glass and serve immedeately.
