We stayed at Cabu by the Sea for two nights for my birthday weekend, and it was such a cosy little reset. It’s right by the beach, dog friendly (so we could bring Kiki), and there’s loads to do on site like ping pong, pastries at Cabu Corner, and even a bookable hot tub/sauna/cold plunge area.

Pros

- +Cabins felt warm and well set up for families
Cons
- -Some facilities (like hot tub/sauna/cold plunge) need booking rather than being in every cabin
- -It was really windy when we visited, so pack warm layers
