What do we DO with 35 GALLONS of RAW MILK a week?! #juneisdairymonth23

Having a family milk cow is like the holy grail of homesteading, and for good reason! I love my cow, and I love the raw milk that we get from her. But, she gives a TON of milk! What do we do with it all? Grass-fed dairy is the best.. there's ice cream, chocolate milk, yogurt, butter, and the list could keep going. There are several basic ones we do all the time, and we've dabbled in some others. Although not shown in this video, we do some soft cheese making too!
