GINGERSNAP COOKIES 2/3 cup oil (I use coconut or avocado) 1 cup cane sugar 1/4 cup molasses 1 egg 280 grams of fresh milled flour 2 teaspoon baking soda 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon ginger 1/2 teaspoon cloves 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon salt Sugar for rolling Bake at 350°F for approximately 7 to 8 minutes.
