First, I repost winners. If a video is 3–6 months old, I’ll re-upload it with one minor tweak (text hook, captions) so it reads “new” to the algorithm. I’ve had the same exact video go viral twice—one repost alone made me around $500—because people don’t remember what you posted months ago (half the time they don’t remember what they watched 5 minutes ago). Second, I push every video to every platform. If you only upload to one place, you’re leaving money on the table—my same content has produced thousands across TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat, and some videos pop off on one platform and flop on another. Third, I templatize what works: when a format hits, I reuse the concept with small variations so I can keep printing views and revenue without reinventing the wheel.
