5 Ingredient Honey Garlic Butter Shrimp

🖨️ Full Recipe: 1 lb. large raw shrimp, peeled & deveined 2 Tbsp cornstarch 2 Tbsp honey 2 garlic cloves, finely minced 3 Tbsp butter **optional- red pepper flakes Pat the shrimp dry and season with kosher salt and black pepper. Then coat then in the cornstarch by tossing in a bowl. Place a large skillet over medium high heat and add 2-3 Tbsp oil. Once hot add the shrimp and sauté for about 2-3 minutes per side. May need to do this in 2 batches so they pan fry, not steam! Place the butter, honey and garlic (and optional red pepper flakes) in a small bowl and microwave just until the butter is melted. Give it a good stir. Remove the skillet/shrimp from the heat. Let cool for a few minutes, Then pour the honey garlic butter over top. Toss to coat. Serve right away.
