East Lancs Railway Lancashire Day 19th November 2017

It was really good to get to the East Lancs Railway's Lancashire Day on 19th November for their annual Lancashire Day event. I only got there on the Sunday but for me that was great as for a few weeks I've not been feeling too good, and meeting up with a good mate was definitely an added bonus. The Littleborough Oakenhoof Cloggers, The Horwich Prize Medal Morris men and the one and only Britannia Coconut Dancers of Bacup were superb. This was the first appearance of the Southport Swords at the event, I sure hope they are there next year. Sadly I missed Sid Calderbank and Mark Dowling performing on the train. Thanks to everyone involved for an excellent event.
