Healing After Baby | Weeks 7–9 Update | Wisdom Teeth Surgery, Workouts & Progress 🙌🏽 Welcome back to Healing After Baby! In this episode, I’m sharing Weeks 7–9 of my postpartum journey — a mix of challenges, recovery, and exciting progress. During these three weeks: • I recovered from getting all four wisdom teeth removed while still keeping up with mom life. • I returned to workouts and started jogging/walking 3–4x a week, focusing on strength training. • I tracked my calories consistently and made smarter food choices, while still enjoying treats mindfully. • I hit an all-time low since March: 244.8 lbs! 🎉 • I’ve maintained muscle mass, gained stamina, and noticed non-scale wins like an inch off my neck and clothes fitting better. • My sleep has been challenging, my cycle is light, and bloating is noticeable with dairy or gluten. • I’m continuing my gratitude and wellness journals, going to the temple more often, and focusing on progress over perfection. • Daily routines are improving — I started a part-time job, preschool routines for Della, and family walks/hikes, plus social events like birthday parties and the fair. • Thyroid update: TSH dropped from 5 → 2.9, and meds were adjusted to bring it below 1.
