These two weeks were a mix of struggles and progress: ✨ Week 5: migraines, bloating, stress from a wisdom tooth consultation, and pushing through my postpartum workouts. I also had some mental health lows, but found wins through prayer, scripture study, and family support. ✨ Week 6: I started strong—early mornings, workouts, and even counting calories! But then I got hit with a nasty cold midweek. Thankfully, by the weekend I was feeling better, and I also started my gratitude journal which has been such a blessing.
