Week 3 felt really good — better sleep, more energy, and I was proud of the days I stuck to my early morning routine. But Week 4 came with my period, and that completely changed things. Exhaustion, insomnia, joint pain, and low energy made it hard to stay consistent. Even with the setbacks, there were still wins: • My depression and anxiety are improving • I’m finding little routines that work • I’m learning how much hormones really affect progress postpartum This series is all about the real, unfiltered side of healing after baby — from weight loss and hormone balancing to mental health and daily habits.
