Roxon Tools: https://tidd.ly/42AMI2x Leatherman Arc get here: House of Blades | ‘Mikeydc10’ for 10% off https://Houseofblades.com?aff=6 Today we’re taking a look at Roxon’s modular multitool system, including the Flex Companion and Mini Flex Companion. If you’ve watched the channel for any amount of time, you know I carry my Leatherman ARC almost every day as part of my everyday carry setup. But Roxon is doing something different in the multitool space — modular tools that allow you to customize exactly what you carry. Instead of carrying tools you might never use, Roxon’s Flex system lets you build your multitool around the tools you actually rely on day to day. In this video I go over the Flex Companion, the Mini Flex Companion, and a few modular tool attachments Roxon sent out to check out. I also talk about whether this platform could realistically replace my Leatherman ARC in my daily carry. One thing I do mention in the video is that for me personally, pliers are a tool I rely on often. Because of that, the Flex Companion probably wouldn’t completely replace my ARC. However, Roxon does offer other models like the Flex Modular and Flex Titan which include pliers and may be a more fair comparison to traditional multitools. Overall, Roxon’s modular approach is one of the most interesting ideas I’ve seen in the multitool space in a long time. Let me know in the comments — would you rather carry a multitool with everything built in, or one that lets you customize only the tools you actually use? Disclaimer: Roxon sent these tools for review. As always, all opinions are my own.
