I walk you through what print on demand actually is (low risk, no upfront printing cost, Amazon ships for you, but you’ll have less control and lower margins), and what it means to manufacture (higher upfront cost, longer lead times, you handle fulfillment, but you get creative freedom and much higher profit margins). I show real examples from my Best Believe journal—everything from sizing limitations and that Amazon barcode, to paper thickness (GSM), packaging, and why I upgraded. My biggest takeaway: this isn’t all-or-nothing. Start where you are, test, refine, and scale with wisdom.
