Atezr L2 laser troubles, I need help

ATEZR L2 24W LASER I can't get the x axis to move. Can you help? Update 11/24/23 - No help from Aterzr support, they ghosted me. I got tied of waiting and I was going to take out the board to see if I could get one from from another supplier. I got mad because the screw stripped out so I hit the board housing and it started working. So far that been my fix.
