I’m focusing on moving my body (hello yoga), keeping things balanced, and doing the kind of wellness stuff that feels realistic when you’ve still got a to-do list. You’ll see little pockets of my Tenerife lifestyle throughout the week — getting out and about, fitting in movement, and keeping my food choices a bit more intentional without it being intense. We also go to the fair (which was such a cute, fun change of pace), and it’s just one of those vlogs that’s equal parts productive and cozy.
