Golden Griffin Mine Exploring & Sampling The Gold Vein Episode 2 Season 1

In Part 2 of our historic gold mine exploration series, Jason from Mt. Baker Mining & Metals and Harry from @mineoperator venture deeper underground for the moment of truth! After exploring the forgotten tunnels and finding promising signs of mineralization in Part 1, the duo gets to work, focusing on a high-grade quartz vein. They expose some truly amazing mineralization, uncovering significant deposits of galena, pyrite, chalcopyrite, and other fascinating minerals. Best of all, they find visible free gold and silver locked within the ore! To truly test the potential of this historic strike, Harry and Jason extract a substantial bulk sample weighing over 500 lbs to take back to the mill. Now, the hard work begins. They'll process this ore through the turnkey crushing system in hopes of recovering the precious gold and silver. Did they strike it rich and get enough gold to pay for the trip?
