The Topping E30 is a $130 entry-level DAC that stands out because it includes a remote, which is a big deal for speaker and TV setups. Sound-wise it’s clean and surprisingly decent for the price, even if I still give a slight edge to the Modi 3 on warmth and microdynamics.
