Day 24: Natural Carbonic Maceration Geisha (Kalita • V60 • Orea Z1) | Advent Calendar 2025

Day 24 of the Coffee Advent Calendar 2025! ☕ For the final brew, I’m brewing a natural carbonic maceration Geisha from Nicaragua roasted by Sloinge. I started with the Kalita Sagan to dial in the recipe, then brewed the same coffee using the V60 and the Orea Z1. Each dripper gave a different expression of the same coffee — from clarity to texture — showing how brewer geometry can shape the character of the cup while keeping everything balanced and delicious.
