Day 20 of the Coffee Advent Calendar 2025! ☕ Today I’m brewing a washed Guatemala from Langora. A chill day — no overthinking, just classic brewing. I started with the V60 using Cafec Abaca filters for a bright and clean cup, then adjusted grind size to increase sweetness and smoothness. Finally, I brewed the same coffee with the Orea V4 Wide and Apex bottom, keeping variables consistent, gaining more contact time and a juicier mouthfeel. Sometimes the best coffee moments are just about slowing down and enjoying a good cup.
