Day 17: AeroPress Brewing a Washed Rwanda (Lippe) | Advent Calendar 2025

Day 17 of the Coffee Advent Calendar 2025! ☕ Today I’m brewing a washed Rwandan coffee from Lippe using the AeroPress. Just for fun, I tried an unusual approach first, creating strong turbulence with a milk frother wand to see how the coffee would turn out. Then I brewed the same coffee using a more classic AeroPress recipe. Surprisingly, the first brew — the chaotic one — tasted better in the cup. A reminder that curiosity and experimentation sometimes beat “proper” technique.
