Day 13: Anaerobic Ethiopia on Orea V4 & V60 (Quo Coffee) | Advent Calendar 2025

Day 13 of the Coffee Advent Calendar 2025! ☕ Today I’m brewing an anaerobic natural Ethiopian coffee roasted by Quo (Sweden) using both the Orea V4 Wide and the V60. Anaerobic coffees behave very differently from more classical profiles, and their ideal brewing numbers often fall outside standard SCA ranges. I used the same recipe on both brewers — flat-bottom Orea and conical V60 — getting two different expressions of the same coffee, both balanced and enjoyable. In this video I share a simple and practical approach for brewing anaerobic coffees.
