Day 10: V60 Brewing a Peru Honey Process Coffee (Jacu) | Advent Calendar 2025

Day 10 of the Coffee Advent Calendar 2025! ☕ Today I’m brewing a honey-processed Peruvian coffee from Jacu using the V60. I followed the roaster’s recommended recipe: five pours of 50g every 30 seconds. After tasting the first cup, I extended the interval between pours to 40 seconds to increase extraction and develop more mouthfeel. The result was one of my favourite cups so far in this calendar — sweet, balanced, and textured.
